For orders delivered by outsourced courier companies within the borders of Gauteng, you can expect delivery in 1-3 working days.
Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Kwazulu-Natal deliveries can be expected in 1-5 working days.
North West and Free State delivery can be expected in 1-5 working days.
Northern Cape, Western Cape, and Eastern Cape can expect delivery in 2-7 working days. This applies to standard shipping and may vary.
Please be advised that the above is subject to change. The outsourced courier company will always keep the customer updated.
- Delivery Costs
Flat rate of R800 in Gauteng only.
Delivery fee will vary in basket depending of your area outside of Gauteng.
- Order Tracking
The courier company will send you an email or SMS to update you on your order. In some instances a waybill number can be used to track your order on their website.
- Delivery Areas
Some areas are highlighted as high-risk zones or danger zones by external companies and that may delay delivery. The relevant courier company will communicate an alternative method of delivery in this case.
- Deliveries of Online Purchases for Items Not in Stock
Please refer to the website (www.dialafurniture.co.za) and each item stock availability and order lead time.
The lead times for out of stock items varies and is dependent on either local supply or container imports.
Lead times varies from 2 weeks to 10 weeks where after only delivery of your purchased item/s will commence.
- Delivery Dates
We will contact you once your order and delivery address are received. We will confirm availability and delivery cost.
We will attempt to deliver goods within the advised time periods, but goods are subject to availability and delay in the delivery of goods is frequently in the hands of an outsourced courier which we have no control over.
If your delivery is not scheduled by our in-house delivery team, a tracking number will be sent to you and you can track your order on the outsourced courier’s respective website.
You are required to make all the necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
If you are not at home on the date that has been agreed and the delivery agent cannot contact you, we reserve the right to charge you for the re-delivery.
